Lambda Chi Alpha has plenty of opportunities to offer. In order to continue to support a second-to-none fraternity experience, we have certain expectations for all our members.
Our chapter’s activities and functions are funded primarily through membership dues. Dues may vary from semester to semester, but they are generally much lower than the average for IFC fraternities; please ask our rush captains for up-to-date information. Dues are discounted if you live in the chapter house.
Because Lambda Chi Alpha offers so many activities, it may demand more time commitment than a typical student organization. In general, the more you put in, the more you get out. The basic expectations for time commitments include attending:
Every member is expected to live in the chapter house for at least one year. Many members find that this “duty” is really a privilege, choosing to live in the house for multiple years for its convenience and social atmosphere, and because it is much less expensive than living in a typical West Campus apartment.
